McCormick Financial has been retained to provide expert evidence in matters before the National Energy Board, the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board, the British Columbia Utilities Commission and superior courts.

We were retained by or instructed in these matters by law firms including Burnett Duckworth & Palmer LLP, Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Macleod Dixon LLP, all of Calgary, and Kanuka Thuringer LLP of Regina.

Mr. McCormick addressed the May 2003 CAMPUT (Canadian Association of Members of Public Utility Tribunals) conference on "Current Perspectives on Cost of Capital".
